Must be aged 18 or over for licensing laws. Must have proven experience in a busy traditional pub and dining environment. Must be prepared to work every weekend. Must be able to provide references. Must be customer focussed. Duties include taking orders and serving food and drink, operating till, stocking shelves, general bar duties and all other associated tasks as required.
